This work was won by a public tendering against a strong competition of 15 major information companies in the country. It was fully realized according to the adopted dynamic plan.

It includes the following sub-systems:

  • Provision
  • Storage transactions
  • Sale
  • Financial operative
  • Capital assets
  • Movable inventory
  • Financial accountancy

The system is implemented in the relational environment in the client/server architecture. The server is realized in the Oracle system for database management, version 7.3. The clients are personal computers operating in the Windows operating system, and the application software is realized by making use of the Oracle Developer 2000 set of developing tools (graphic environment). The system is realized by means of the ERWin CASE tools and it is documented by the project and user documentation according to the SSA methods (Structural System Analysis) and EERM (Extended Entity-Relationships Model).

The system has been in exploitation since 1st March 1997. It covers the financial-material operations of about 40 state bodies of the Republic of Serbia (Presidency, Parliament, Government, Ministries, Republic General Affairs Administration). The system is used by 70 clients on three physical locations (the Parliament, Government and Republic General Affairs Administration buildings).

The General Affairs Administration of the Republic of Serbia is entitled to using the source software code. In addition to the source software code, Breza delivered a complete project and user documentation and carried out the transfer of technology by holding training for the computer experts of the Administration.

Due to a great fluctuation of the Administration computer experts, since the year of 2002, Breza has been engaged to a large extent in the adaptation maintenance of the existing system as well as in the development of two new program systems (which have been realized and implemented).
